Your will serve as the key integration point for AARP across all business units to facilitate MRM strategies and approaches as well as act as change manager relative to MRM and manage messaging and presentations. Additional Responsibilities: - Chair and manage councils established to find new integration points and manage MRM processes. - Oversee and manage MRM project management to insure strategy, testing and infrastructure activity stays on course. - Create and manage new ongoing MRM processes that will govern and inform the member experience. - Manage all reoccurring deliverables, MVOP, E-team updates, etc. Requires:  - Significant experience in complex program management environment with an emphasis on change management.  - Seven years of marketing program management and/or change management experience. - MBA preferred.
