Member Relationship Manager (MRM) Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Member Relationship Manger (MRM) Strategy Manager to create and recommend appropriate development strategies and implementation tactics for the Association’s MRM initiative.
Duties:
- Responsible for continual monitoring and maintenance of MRM metrics in alignment with AARP dashboard measures. Maintain external resources/vendors necessary to achieve member-centered goals and objectives. Responsible for successful execution of the MRM strategy and pilot, and ensures integration between MRM and all enterprise initiatives.
- Help guide a cross-functional MRM team (IT, analytics, research, brand, and partners) to ensure alignment, accurate and timely path forward.
- Ensure the appropriateness and execution of MRM governance, integrated/coordinated communications to members, and achieve target member acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
- Manage MRM staff, serve on cross functional teams to enable MRM across the organization, and partner with counterparts to maximize channel efficiency and effectiveness (internet, call centers, DM, and events).
- Serve as an MRM champion while participating in the Brightstar, viral marketing campaigns, Tiered Memberships, SI initiatives, and related membership platform development.
- Oversee the maintenance and tracking of the annual budget and resources.
- Accountable for MRM objectives being met through staff selection, work assignments, and strategic management toward goals. Oversees performance objectives, evaluates staff performance, and administers related personnel functions. Makes final salary recommendations for all subordinate or assigned staff.
- Demonstrate leadership and WORLD CLASS cultural attributes and behaviors in all interactions.
Requires:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing preferred.
- Eight or more years or experience such as IT application development, analytics, marketing campaign development, and channel management.
