		<description>I am interested on your comments regarding transactional email on subscription based services. My company provides VoIP services for immigrants (mostly latinamericans in 55 countries), and besides the &#039;calls&#039;  they make and receive, our only other transaction is monthly payment via credit card. Do you see daily calls and call records as transactions? or just the monthly bill/payment.
