“Some time back we purchased a copy of RFM 4 for educational use at the Teesside Business School, University of Teesside in the UK. I have used it many times with marketing students and it has proved invaluable. I have developed databases and case studies to use with RFM and we also merge the RFM codes with geo-demographics etc and analyse with SPSS the Gold Customers and profile them etc. We also have Clementine workbench for SPSS which allows us to do CHAID analysis etc. The RFM is a very useful tool which can be understood easily without specialist statistical knowledge."
